Fake email from Apple in Romanian

I just recieved an email from apple support in Romanian,my account is set up in English - when translated it says that i requested service approval for an iphone and they would like my feedback. Aprox one month ago i had my iphone stolen and have since deleted it off my account So I think this is a fake?

Has anyone experienced similar emails?

I deleted and blocked the email?
